baby has a outie belly button.. is this a matter of concern???

A. Hi , it's best to consult your doctor to check. My baby also had but it was due to air pass through. It automatically went off when my baby started rolling on stomach. so ya just to be sure I would recommend you get your doctor's opinion once.
