Baby belly button bulge at the time she cried. She is 24 days old

A. Nor.al the child is having umbilical hernia which is very common in children and goes away by Maximum 2 years of age. it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non complicated. meet your doctor for more information regarding this
