Baby age is 19 months and his diaper area is becoming very dark,is it because of usuage of diaper? Over all legs area including knees has become more darker than rest of the body colour

A. baby 19 months old sono the diaper area and become darker as it is a genital area and it is supposed to be darker than the normal area it is normal do not working
