G MadhuriMom of 2 children3 weeks agoA. hi mom, at 4 years 11 months (almost 5 years), children have grown at slightly different ranges, but they are generally healthy ranges average height : about 105-112 cm weight: about 16-20kg important things to remember: every child grows differently, some are naturally taller or shorter genetics ( parents' height), nutrition , and activity all matter what's more important is steady growth over time, not exact numbers
