Assalamualaikum sir, iam traveling in the 7 th month of my pregnancy is it safe to travel by car or by train

A. no. avoid. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
