Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should beg r avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should bfe gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

The only solution to lose weight fast after C-section delivery is start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. You have to do your regularly for better results and do it at least for next 40 minutes every morning to get results fast
