NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet which is helpful or galact granules along with fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also Fenugreek which can help and if bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
