White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryngtess of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturi Drsation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

This could be due to deficiency of calcium you’ll have to find out the exact reason after consulting the doctor because they have to examine the child prior to be sure about what could be the reason so consult your doctor and go ahead as far for their suggestion
