Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

Well Nobody can tell you that because sometimes it can be about 12 months sometimes 16 to 20 months depending you know but mostly a lot of women get there period within 1 to 1 1/2 years of time after their delivery so till the time you do not get it enjoy your period free time
