Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with your questions please note we should have no dietary restrictions because your best feeding you can eat anything and everything just make sure it's in limitations if you notice any discomfort for your baby after eating a particular thing you can refrain from eating that. also is not semi solids for your baby should start only after you baby completes 6 months the first six months exclusively for breastfeeding
