That you will have to set on your own as so how do you want your child schedule to be normally when the child starts going to the school parents face a lot of problems because they wake up in the night or they sleep in the day so they sleep late in the night if you want to formulate a proper schedule then stop making your child sleep in the day so that your child would learn to sleep early and wake up early in the morning and that’s going to be a good schedule rest food timings and all you’ll have to see as per your schedule that you want to formulate
