Hello ma’am Give all kind of nutrients to your child work on a balanced diet when you can provide all kind of proteins calcium vitamins carbohydrates to your child through your feed only and your food so this way slowly gradually them immunity of child will become strong.. Everything takes time so just Work gradually on it
