#asktheexperts What food should be given to a 3 year old girl and how many times should she drink milk? Can you also tell me the timings?

A. Namaste MOm, You can probably give not more than 3 to 4 times a day , so at midmorning, evening and night is ideal some may prefer giving after breakfast ,
