#asktheexperts What food can 1 year baby eat ? How much milk can she drink ?? Buffalo or cow milk Can she eat salt and spices ??

A. hello dear parent, for 1 year old baby you can give almost everything to eat that you prepare for your family members. Nothing much required. Avoid giving non veg food for another 2 months.
