ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. To increase your milk production you can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and have a glass of water after feeding the baby and massage your breast towards nipple and make more skin to skin contact with baby

best way for this is to give more and more breastfeeds to a child.
so please give plenty of breastfeeds to your child
but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply
you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk too for this
