Kajaal JaiswalMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl1 month agoA. dear it is normal a newborn may only need a moisturizer if they have patches of dry or peeling skin.Pat the skin dry and apply a gentle moisturizer like Johnson's Baby Lotion immediately after a bath. this lotion keeps the baby's skin soft and glowing.
