baccho me unka first milk teeth 6 months ki age se le k 18 months tak ki age me kbhi bhi aa skta hai..
aap bacche k gums ko clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth se daily 3-4 baar massage kare

Then It will start coming don’t worry about it I think I have most of the time your child is irritated and crying because of that pain only did your dad must be having in gums otherwise at this age it is very common for a child due to Cry due to mostly colic pain or gas issues so just look for the signs
