Uma RamMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hello good morning !! Do tummy massage with warm coconut oil,it helps in bowel movements and avoids hard stools. Include fibre rich foods in baby foods - Mashed banana,papaya purie,steamed and mashed potato,apple,carrot ,sweet potato,cerelac,dal kichdi ,curd rice ,ragi ,dalia.
