#asktheexperts post delivery i didn't got my periods and after one year my hair fall has increased tremendously. pls suggest

The Periods are not an issue you will resume that as and when your body is ready for that also at the very same time the hair fall is also very normal postpartum in this case I am going to advise you to start applying onion coconut oil which you can prepare at home that it helps you quite a lot
