Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production.Β

yes sure..
the best remedy for this is to offer plenty of breastfeeds to a child.
because it mostly work on demand and supply mechanism.
but while feeding also make sure that your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this
