Oh sure that is Board via your phone you can go ahead with taking some lactation supplement along with that I would also advised to increase the amount of water intake or any other healthy liquid about 325 L per day and Ojha we can manage to consume fibre rich fruits and green leafy vegetables every day and proteins but of course
