#asktheexperts NO BREAST MILK EVEN A SINGLE DROP SINCE BABY BIRTH .BABY BORN ON 13.01.2026 07:21 PM and in NICU OBSERVATION FOR 48HRS DUE TO MORE HEART RATE . I HAVE C SECTION DONE . NOW IT'S 7 DAYS . PLEASE GUIDE

Shatavari powder you can take three times in a day it’s a good lactation supplement and with C-section mother sometimes it can take a week or 2 to start formulation of milk so take this powder this will help in increasing your lactation and building your lactation
