A. Hello mom the main culprit here is the screen .. as he is so much into that this condition is observed a lot in such children . So please try to get him out of it .. instead get some age appropriate books read , talk to the child keep him entertained with singing etc for him .. let him have a interaction with kids of his age . Take him to a speech therapist
