Not framing a sentence is not an issue in this age you can teach your child to connect to words to frame a sentence and over the period slowly with regular practice the child will learn to do you will have to put an extra effort to make your child sentences

Try engaging your child with Babyhug storybook and activities. Few of the elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the morning for better health and speech.
