mam, sneezing is normal.
but if your child is getting it constantly or frequently with fever or runny or blocked nose then you can try below remedies :
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day
