sneezing is normal.
but if your child is having runny or blocked nose , having problem in breathing then it could be cold .
you can use Nasal saline drops for blocked nose.
offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child which will definitely help to cure cold and cough.
give early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
you can also apply warm paste of Turmeric powder with water on chest and back of your child.
