Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl7 months agoA. You can give Calpol to the child 10 of of the medicine you can give 10 drops 3 to 4 times in the day with a gap of six hours each if the fever is good within the time of three days maximum then consult our doctor for further assistance
