Also make eating time interesting and encourage self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting togethe r.

Ur Child is grown-up enough to understand the importance of food so tell your child that you read everything stop giving these limited items that you are giving if your child is hungry tell your child that this is the entire portion this is what you have to eat otherwise you’re not getting anything your child may do a drama for a day or two or maybe little more but end of the day or shall we eat stop pampering your child that’s what where we go wrong
