A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida arnd oily food can aggravate subch condition. here the diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.

A. hi...Guys.... Listen up... Off late too many mums complaining on kids having hard stools or constipation.... Guys... Just add around 100gms of the vegetable (YELLOW COLOURED) PUMPKIN in your *dal* while u pressure cook it... This pumpkin will solve all ur family's constipation issues!!! Will add more nutrition to ur diet.... It's a very healthy vegetable.... Likewise u can add dudhi or lauki too.. But.... Remember to churn the cooked dal well... Very well... Not a single piece of veggie should be seen!!!! It is the Secret of Us Moms only!!! The taste of the dal will boost up n ur kids will eat it happily. Those who use Suran or Yam... This too u can add along with pumpkin... Suran is a tummy cleaner so if u can use it....!!!!
