hi doctor. my baby is facing hard to pass the tools. please help me

A. Hi mom This is due to less water intake and fiber rich food. increase the water intake in a day and include fiber rich food in diet like papaya pear plum prunes palak cabbage carrots etc in diet to give relief from constipation
