#asktheexperts my infant stool is very hard. Sometimes she cries while pooping. She has started solids only a month ago and since then this issue has arisen. Please suggest

A. Hello mama increase the water intake to soften the stool.. as ur baby is 7 months old, u can give little bit of papaya puree or peer puree as this helps to pass the stool
