ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist14 hours agoA. dear mum, milk intake should not be more than 300 ml in a day else it reduces the appetite for food. for healthy weight gain, give foods like eggs, pulses, legumes, paneer, cheese, nuts.
