Evion vitamin E cream you can apply it has been suggested by the doctors to use for extreme dry skin and I have used it personally for my own child so I feel this would be a good option the other option that you can use with growing age for the child if it has dry skin is NMFE vitamin E cream both are pharmacy products suitable for kids skin
