Give balanced diet with calcium,protein and iron rich - Leafy vegetables,spinach,methi, curry leaves,flax seeds ,almonds,curd,egg,fish. Using castor oil (castor oil+ coconut oil) and once a week onion oil helps in controlling hair fall ; fenugreek seeds and hibiscus leaves pack at least once a week helps in hair growth.
