#asktheexperts my child doesn’t eat vegetables or dal with chapati or parantha. He like to eat them plain. How to make him eat vegetables and dal.

A. just keep calm n keep offering. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
