Q.

#asktheexperts my boy has a habit of sleeping on our arms or sleeps while breastfeeding . if we rock him or pat him he won't sleep. I weaned him off during mornings(nights I am continuing breastfeeding). now during mornings, he refuses to sleep on his bed for a nap without feeding. he only sleeps on our arms. how to teach him to sleep on his bed on his own by patting?

A. Your child 20 months of age you have to break this habit otherwise it is going to be difficult for you to manage over the period and you should start quitting breastfeeding so that you can give feed from bottle or make your child learn to sleep without feeding bottle

Q. #asktheexperts My 1month old son gets up as soon as we put him on his bed. I feed him, then rock him in my arms, sing him to his sleep and when i finally put him on his bed, he gets up within a minute. If i pick him up again on my arms, he’ll sleep.
