#asktheexperts My baby was born in 31 weeks 4 days due to water leakage and was in nicu kangaroo care hospital for 32 days. now he is 38 week 1 day, and is in home. reflux issue is thr so, i am making him sleep in elevated position. what all tips u can provide for better management.

It’s fine if the child is sleeping in the elevated position but use a hollow pillow because if you keep making your child sleep on a pillow also even in one position the head will become Flat so do that and after a feeding keep your child on the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes for better digestion of milk
