ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum this is common for baby to vomit aftr feed . burp baby after every feed . hold in upright position for sometime aftr feed if passing urine 6 -8 time in 24 hr is active gainging adequate wt no problem
