#asktheexperts my baby is not gaining weight he has also lactose intolerance problem pls provide a diet chart for him

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as a child is having lactose intolerance , you can give soy milk, almond milk or any plant based milk to your child as substitute of cow's milk . give fruits like apple banana papaya etc which are rich in energy.
