lactose intolerance diet for 12 months+ old baby

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello parent as the baby is about 12 months old you can slowly try to introduce lactose products in the diet in small quantity in check for reaction most of the times babies will grow out of this intolerance after one year of age

You just have to avoid providing milk to your total lactose intolerance baby rather than this you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. And now your baby is one year old so you can add anything and always try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day
