Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is almost 7 months old. He looks directly into everyone's eyes who calls him or talks to him including his father, grandparents, nanny and cousins. However, when I hold him or speak to him or call him, he doesn't look into my eyes directly and keeps looking here and there. Although I spend my e tire day with him and around him. Being a mother, it doesn't feel good. Can you help me understand why does he do it and what is the colution to resolve this?

A. Child is very used to you from the day you conceive your child it is always said that the child listens to you in the womb and after that when they take birth they recognise you from your smell not from your face because they don’t have clear vision and then your voice child is very used to hearing which is why it is okay child is exploring different things around it there’s nothing to feel bad about it it is a natural thing but I do understand that as a mother your feelings are very much justified but trust me there’s nothing wrong in this behaviour
