#asktheexperts my baby is 14 weeks, is active and achieving all his milestones, has enough wet diapers and sleeps well but somehow isn’t gaining weight. At 10 weeks he was 5.3 and at 14 weeks his weight is still the same

A. Hello! There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months after birth. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Speak to your Dr for further guidance.
