#asktheexperts my baby immunity is very weak, so what can i do

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Give a proper balanced diet to the kiddo
Give three meals in between snacks all the seasonal fruits vegetables dairy products etc to the kid
Give some sunshine time in the morning everyday for about 10-15 minutes
Include dry fruits ghee full cream milk in his diet
Give some physical activities time and encourage the kiddo to play outdoor games as well
