ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay.. babies can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months.. it's good..don't worry.. now start brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using silicon finger toothbrush

While teething can begin as early as 3 months, most likely you'll see the first tooth start pushing through your baby's gum line when your little one is between 4 and 7 months old.
