Uma RamMom of 2 children2 weeks agoA. Hello good morning !! Babies gain 400-900 gm per month on an average and by 5-6 months they double their birth weight. The ideal weight of 2 months old should be 3- 4.5 kg. Give exclusive breast feed or formula feed every two hours until 6 months.
