#asktheexperts my 3yr baby boy teeth is vanished from front and all teeth are getting infected what to do and when his new teeth will come out

A. hello ma'am the reason for this might be cavities you have to visit a dentist for a full check up the dentist will advise you how to proceed further permanent teeth start coming from the age of six years.
