#asktheexperts My 3 year old son does not sleep properly, his sleep cycle is too bad. He is suffering from congenital mysthenia gravis π Having said that he is so active, always running around.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hry mommy so something that will help is making sure he has a schedule. start with keeping his food time at the same time every single day and slowly all teh things will start to fall in place. also try massage before sleep time even if you just use lotion before sleep time to massage will help
