#asktheexperts my 1 year old daughter have continues cold and runny nose with phlegm. taking moteclc syrup..but not healing yet. what can I do pliz suggest me. can I give cow milk to her if she has cold?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 weeks agoA. you can give cow milk adding a pinch of turmeric or dry ginger powder. give nebulization or steam inhalation couple of times a day. d you can give sitopaladi powder with honey, it will help.
