#asktheexperts My 1 year 5 months old son is still breast feeding. These days he woke up multiple times at night for feeding. How can I improve his sleep cycle so that he woke up less?

A. hello make sure the child is tummy full n also is given a glass of milk before bed so the child can have a good sleepp n frequency of waking up also will reduce gradually
