Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash ccgreams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection. t

Take some antiseptic liquid into warm water clean that area properly and after that regularly applied I mean literally every two hours septic and do not use diapers use cotton loose underwear or nappies and that is going to help within 24 hours and quite certain you will get good results
